Knowing that my grandmother has declining memory now is heartbreaking. She’s turning eighty-four this 10th of November. My conscience haunts me because of not visiting her a lot that I should be. Huhu. My grandmother always shares proudly how she cared for me when I was a baby back then. How she brought me to the public market before, to Baclaran, and many more. I’m with her in a basket wherever she goes. Aww. Pure Lola’s girl me. Hope I can find a way soon to spend my free time with her. So, for now, I must search and read effective techniques to improve memory among old adults.

Help me, Father God, give me strength and may you continue to sustain my grandmother’s overall health status.
I trust you ❤

Take care of our parents and grandparents out there, embrace them 100%!

Love,
Nj
